Meet the Owner - Christian McPherson
Hi, I’m Christian McPherson, the owner of Steelhead Electric. I’ve been working in the electrical industry for 10 years, but my journey began right after high school. I noticed that many companies didn’t want to take on smaller residential jobs, which left a gap in the services available to our community. That’s why I started Steelhead Electric—I wanted to offer reliable, high-quality service to the people of North Central Washington.
My approach to customer service is simple: communication is key. I make it a priority to show up on time, walk you through your options, and help you understand what you need. I also believe in keeping our schedule flexible, so you don’t have to wait too long to get the help you need.
The best part of my job is seeing everything work as it should when the job is done. It’s a great feeling to know that I’ve helped make someone’s home a little safer and more comfortable.
When I’m not working, I love to spend time outdoors. You might find me mountain biking, skiing, or fishing around Wenatchee. These activities keep me grounded and remind me of the beauty of the area we’re fortunate to call home.

This is a GREAT company. We were having some pretty scary electrical issues like an odd fishy smell coming from one outlet, smoke and firework smell from another and the breaker shutting itself down. They made sure to talk me through having the breaker off in the affected areas and sent Christian out to remedy our issues. He had everything figured out quickly and discussed with me very kindly how I overloaded our system and ways to avoid doing this again.
