Josh was right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repair. I really appreciated that he communicated throughout the process as he was troubleshooting. The pricing structure was made clear and reasonable. I am scheduling a second visit as we have some other work to be done that is not so critical as the problem he solved today.
Had a wiring issue w/dishwasher over the weekend & was able to call on Sunday for an appointment on Monday. Arrived on time, very friendly, and got it fixed. Left it better than it was before with a new cord & dishwasher mounted securely so it won't happen again. Thanks!
