This is a GREAT company. We were having some pretty scary electrical issues like an odd fishy smell coming from one outlet, smoke and firework smell from another and the breaker shutting itself down. They made sure to talk me through having the breaker off in the affected areas and sent Christian out to remedy our issues. He had everything figured out quickly and discussed with me very kindly how I overloaded our system and ways to avoid doing this again. I learned a lot yesterday that will prevent future electrical fire risks thanks to them. I highly highly recommend Steelhead Electric. They're an awesome team who are pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I am so glad I found Steelhead Electric. I had being dealing with a problem breaker after my panel was moved and a partially finished overhead lighting project. Siobhan was able to get my project scheduled right away. Christian was great to work with and handled all the troubleshooting in a practical and professional manner. I have future plans for more electrical work and appreciate having a local electrician I can count on.
I had Steelhead Electric install a Nest Outdoor Camera system in my home and the did a fabulous job. the technician, Christian, was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The cameras are up and running and the service fees were very reasonable for electrical work. First time using Steelhead Electric and they will be my go to company in the future.
Christian and his wife are professional, knowledgeable and caring. Christian came out same day in the evening when we advised we were only getting power to certain parts of our house. After educated assessment we learned that the county line had a split in it resulting in less power to our house. He called Douglas PUD for us and they were here within an hour and fixed it right away restoring full power to our house. My parents recommended Steelhead Electric to us, and now I’m recommending them to you! Amazing company, don’t think twice just call them for your electrical needs.
We recently had Christian with Steelhead Electric help us with a fireplace surround/cabinetry project. We purchased a new Samsung Frame Pro tv & soundbar to mount above the fireplace, and Christian installed the proper surge protected outlet to accommodate them. He also installed 2 outlets inside the base cabinetry for other components, and trouble shooted why our fireplace fan was not working! What I liked about Steelhead was that Siobhan was able to get my project on schedule in a reasonable amount of time. I also liked that Christian was respectful, straightforward, pragmatic and informative. I am a DIYer and need to know the details of an installation incase something happens. Excellent and prompt service! Christian brightened up my little old house by updating three rooms with can lights in a couple of days. He also rearranged the switches to make sure everything was functional.

After getting the run around from another electrical outfit, we called Steelhead Elec. Christian went above and beyond in completing 2 projects for us. He even picked up a package for us out of our neighborhood parcel box that contained a new ceiling fan / light that needed to be installed. He also installed an RV hookup panel for us. All work was done professionally and quickly! We even received a thank you card and a follow up phone call. So impressed!

I confidentially and wholeheartedly recommend Steelhead electric. Specifically, I recommend Steelhead Electric if you have a solar installation project or any other major or minor electrical needs. Some contractors will show up and work on day one but then disappear and only come back to work sporadically after that. However Steelhead Electric laid out a very condensed timeline of work dates. He began working promptly at the expected time in the morning and worked throughout the day until his scheduled departure time, late in the afternoon. He demonstrated excellent communication, planning and execution skills. At the initial consultation, he actively listened to my electrical needs. Then, he presented a detailed and thorough plan at a very competitive price and he made sure that I understood all of the steps involved. Also, he patiently explained the legal requirements that the state electrical inspector would be looking for upon inspection. At the conclusion of my project, the electrical inspector was very satisfied with his work as was I. Finally, looking at the finished project it is aesthetically pleasing, safe and it was done on time at a very competitive price.

Just purchased a home in Chelan and had a wish list of electrical modifications. New fans/lights install, 110/220 outlets install, hard wired car charger install, etc. Christian took the time to walk me through the options for each and find a way to make it work even when architecture presented challenges. His care in completing the work “the correct way” was beyond my expectations(which is saying something). Nice to see a small business doing it right.
Christian came out within 48 hours. He is prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He said he'd be here between 4 & 6, called around 2 to say he was running early, and arranged to be here at 3. He quickly determined it wasn't a defective circuit breaker and tracked down and repaired a short instead. I highly recommend Steelhead Electric.

Christian wired a 24' X 36' detached shop. He bid the job quickly and the price was very fair. He ran over 200' of supply wire and conduit in a trench from the house panel to the new shop. He installed a new subpanel, numerous outlets, interior and exterior lighting and a wall heater. Everything was installed neatly and professionally. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. His company handled the permits and the process was seamless. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting quality work, done on time, at a fair price.

Just bought a home in Chelan and needed a number of electrical projects done including adding patio heaters. Contacted Steelhead to get quotes. Christian responded promptly and followed up within a couple days to meet up and provide detailed quotes. He was willing to stagger projects to accommodate my cash flow. Christian is extremely methodical and meticulous in his work. He always cleans up after his work and leaves things the way they were before he started. I highly recommend Steelhead Electrical for any level of electrical work and plan to use them for my future projects.
We had 2 large overhead fans w led lights replaced. Our ceiling is over 18’ tall. Christian was professional, quick and detail oriented. He originally came out to consult and help me order appropriate downrods and fan length, then when fans were delivered he installed them. The consultation fee is even applied to installation! This type of personal service is why we are using Steelhead Electric again for a 50 amp RV service to our shop. I highly recommend!

We own a recently purchased home and asked to have a 3way switch for ceiling canned lights (with two opposite wall switch locations) converted so that the switches were separated: to just one wallswitch for the ceiling lights (and placed on a new dimmer) and the other wall switch to be used for a new chandelier to be hung with a new box and a dimmer. Christian communicated well with us. Gave us a short two hour window and was timely. He explained his plan well. His bid was very very fair. (We had one previous bid for much higher).. It did involve crawling through a ceiling crawl space - thank you so much for this! And - he was able to do it same day!! Awesome work. Cleaned up well. So happy with results. Really great work. Husband and I would highly recommend Steelhead Electric for any residential needs. And we kept his card. First person we will call again when we need an electrician. Thank you so much.

We were very impressed with Steelhead Electric. We needed an additional outlet in a difficult to access location. They responded promptly to our inquiry and came first to assess the job and then later to do the work. Christian clearly knows his business. He was very meticulous and precise. The end result looked excellent. He was also very pleasant and allowed me to tag along so as to learn a little bit more about electrical work!
Christian came out the next day after I called. I got a estimate for some projects and mentioned my front porch light popping the breaker. He took apart the light and fixed the problem, no extra charge! Will 100% be calling him again for my future projects!

Christian arrived when stated and gave heads up ahead of time. We had a confusing issue with two bad GFCIs and an issue that was an older issue that I never had resolved. Christian figured out the issues quickly. Safe to say, reasonable price, great service and Christian was kind enough to let me shadow him to see what was wrong in each instance.
