I needed an electrician to install an exterior outlet and several hig-tech light switches so we can control our houses exterior lights. I had heard Steelhead was good, so I called them. The staff was pleasant and Christian did a fantastic job. We can now plug in our outdoor tv and control all our exterior lights through an app from anywhere. We’ve had a great experience working with Steelhead Electric. They initially came out to complete a few electrical items before the closing date on our new home, and everything went smoothly. Because of that positive experience, we reached out to them again to get quotes for some additional projects we’re considering. Communication has been easy and consistent, they were responsive and sent someone out who took the time to walk through our home, listen to what we’re looking for, and take detailed notes. We really appreciated how thorough and attentive they were during that process. Most recently, one of their electricians installed a new chandelier in our kitchen nook, and it turned out beautifully. We also appreciated the small details, like receiving a text update when the electrician was running a bit late. It made the whole experience feel professional and considerate.
